Personality: When Rooa meets new people, she is quiet, but when she gets to know she just talks on and on and on. Rooa is very happy most of the time except when she is upset or in the middle of a battle. She gets all worked up about the littlest of things and has moods. When she has these so called "moods" she just water bends to release her anger, and it works. When she is fighting she lets out that anger and attacks with powerful water attacks. Rooa gets nervous when meeting new people, but after a while she gets to like them. Rooa likes to travel but has never left the fire nation. So Rooa is overall a happy girl who gets angry, when she is angry she can be dangerous and is a powerful bender....when she wants to be.

Appearance: Medium brown hair with a fringe, wavy, 3 inches past her shoulders, tied back in a pony tail with a gold hair band. Her eyes are green blue with gold around the pupils because of her mixed elemental family. Rooa wears a dress, it is mostly dark red. There is a gold band under her chest and a gold band at her waist. The front part of the top part of her dress is light reddish pink, and at the front of the skirt is light reddish pink too. In between the two gold bands is pure white. Her shoes are similar to ballet shoes, except without the strings around ankles and they are flatter. They are black. She has a gold band around her neck. Her skin is fair. Sometimes her eyes have glint of mischief in them, this means she is up to something or wants to go on an adventure. Sometimes in the morning her hair is messy and sometimes she cant control it. A lot of boys stare at her and thinks she is pretty, but she is taken, her boyfriends name is Shiau Kyamekechi.

History:Jon met Ketto when he got captured by the Fire Nation. He was young, the guards were leading the prisoners to the prison. As they walked Jon found Ketto on the street. She was beautiful. There eyes met. Love at first sight. She winked and walked to a guard. She said that she knew Jon and tried to persuaded the guard to let him go. The guard didn't. Weeks passed and Jon was in the prison, then he remembered the girl, who had tried to save him. The guards though he couldn't bend, but he could. Jon broke out of that prison and went to live with Ketto, the love of his life.

Rooa was born in the fire nation and lives in the Fire Nation Capital. Her mother, Ketto Horitto is not a fire bender, but her father, Jon Horitto came from the earth kingdom and can bend earth. Rooa and her family had a nice quiet life before Jon left. Ketto and Jon decided that it would be best if they broke up. Jon went back to the Earth Kingdom. Jon left because he and Ketto kept fighting and they didn't love each other any more so he just left. When Jon left, Ketto changed her last name back to Peppa.

Rooa attends school, but she doest like it , mostly because the teachers are boring, the works boring and there is Shuun, he is the school bully. He always picks on Shiau, and he stared picking on her because she is Shiau's boyfriend, but Rooa doesn't care. Before Rooa and Shiau were going out, Shuun kept asking to go out with her and bullied people in front of her, to impress her, but she just walked away.

Rooa's siblings are Emiri Horitto and Ke Raseru. When Rooa was 10, Ketto met Poru Raseru. Emiri can bend earth. Ke cant bend yet and hasn't shown any signs that he will. Ke is Poru's only son and Rooa and Emiri's step brother, Poru is their step father. Rooa is always getting chased by guards for being cheeky and annoying around them, she prefers to run because its funner. Emiri is 11 and Ke is nearly 5.

Rooa wants to go and visit her dad. When Rooa turned 10 Ketto met Poru. Poru can bend fire and is in the army. Rooa and Emiri come from a long line of Water and Earth benders on their fathers side.That is why Emiri can bend Earth, because her father is an Earth Bender. Rooa has the ability to bend Water because the ability to bend Water from her ansestory has come down the line to Rooa, so, she can bend Water. Rooa is the only Water Bender left in the Horitto family. Rooa's mother owns a hotel called "The Fire Lily", It has two levels and an attic. The attic is Rooa's bedroom and she practices water bending there. Rooa has a pet Messenger Hawk, his name is Talon. Rooa sends letters to her father using Talon and Talon always returns.

Fighting Style: Rooa uses the element of water. She has nearly mastered the Water Bending scroll that her father, Jon sent with Talon to her. He found it at his mothers house. Jon's Grandmother was a Water Bender. Rooa absorbs the water out of plants, the ground and the air. If she obtains the water from the ground the water rises up in a circle surrounding her, then Rooa controls the water and attacks with no mercy. She is a fierce fighter for a water bender, well, I guess that is so because she was born in the Fire Nation. Her ability to bend Lightning cam from her mothers side, she comes from a line a fire benders and Lightning is another form of fire.

RP Sample: Rooa Horitto ran through the city. A guard was chasing her. She couldn't help herself. She Had to be cheeky. Rooa just had to pull faces at this guard. So there she was, getting chased by a guard with anger issues. There, up a head was crowd. She slipped into it, then ran to wards the forest. The guard had bumped into an old lady and had tried to apologize but the old lady was hitting him with her handbag. Rooa laughed as she dodged the trees. Rooa came to her favorite clearing, when she found a camp. With a campfire. And around the camp fire were Fire Nation soldiers. 5 of them. Rooa ground. The soldiers had already noticed her. They surrounded her. Then Rooa clenched her fists and the patch of ground she was standing on turned black. A ring of water rose up. Rooa controlled it and used it with powerful and fierce attacks. After a few more Attacks, there was a pile of 5 unconscious soldiers. Rooa laughed , there was her training for the day. Rooa turned on her heel, then walked back to wards home.
