I found these fanart starter pokemon on the internet. I thought we could use tehse as the starter pokemon. I bags the water one. They are owned by FateOmega http://fateomega.deviantart.com/ and are not mine.


Clawdinal - The Claw Poke'mon; Clawdinal cannot obtain flight, so they rely on their strong legs and quick speed to enable them to catch their prey.

Portmanteau of Claw and Cardinal. Fire type.

Talonoir - The Claw Poke'mon; Talonoir hunt in groups, still unable to fly, they tear at their victims with thier sharp claws in large numbers.

Portmanteau of Talon and Noir. Fire type.

Fanghuang - The Claw Poke'mon; Now able to fly, the silouette of Fanghuang in the sky is often mistaken by rookie or overzealous trainers for the legendary Ho-Oh.

Portmanteau of Fang and Fenghuang. Fire/Flying Type.


Vinyx - The Jungle Cat Poke'mon, their vines grow from their chest area, so to avoid tripping on them, they often wrap them around their neck, much like collars.

Portmanteau of the words Vine and Lynx. Grass type.

Oceleaf - The Jungle Cat Poke'mon, Oceleaf are quick predators, striking fast with thier thorned tails and often climb trees to attack from above.

Portmanteau of the words Leaf and Ocelot. Grass type.

Jagaea - The Jungle Cat Poke'mon, Jagaea's skin has hardened and developed rocky patches, making an attack from their tail most deadly.

Portmanteau of the words Gaea and Jaguar. Grass/Rock type.


Noreel, the Seaweed Poke'mon; These creatures love to play in cold water and paddle about using the large leaf-like tailfin.

Portmanteau of Nori and Eel. Water type. Nori is a type of seaweed. ;3

Gimchill, the Seaweed Poke'mon; It is said that like snowflakes, once can notice the tiniest variations between Gimchill's horns.

Portmanteau of Gim and Chill. Water/Ice type. Gim is also a type of seaweed. x3

Laverice, the Seaweed Poke'mon; These gentle creature are unfortunately poached upon in order to obtain their horns. The older the Laverice, the more grand their crystalline antlers become.

Portmanteau of Laver and Ice. Water/Ice type. Once again, Laver is another name for Nori. xD See a pattern yet?

btw, there is only one of the three starter pokemon in the whole world. water and fire have been taken, if u want to make another char it will have to be grass ^^
